Arkansas Estate Planning, Probate, and Elder Law Firm
McClelland Law Firm, P.A., is an Arkansas-based law firm with offices in Sherwood and Searcy. Our practice concentrates on estate planning, probate, and elder law with a particular emphasis on obtaining and/or retaining public benefits (especially Medicaid) for the elderly, disabled, or incapacitated. Our clients employ our services to plan for the two most important matters of their lives – everything
In the practice of elder law and estate planning, we often see people in medical, financial and emotional crises. It is common that a family member has a chronic or an extended illness or disability resulting from a stroke, Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s disease, or other illness which creates a need for long-term care, which in turn jeopardizes the financial security that the family has worked all of their lives to obtain. It is our goal to lift that financial burden from the shoulders of our clients by helping clients plan to either obtain and/or keep public benefits such as Medicaid or Veterans Improved Pension including Aid and Attendance.
We try to achieve the goal of our clients – whether it be simply how to avoid probate, charitable giving, asset protection or preserving assets in the event of disability or death – by drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney and other legal documents.
For a private consultation with an experienced attorney, contact our office by phone (501) 834-2070; by e-mail (email@example.com); or by completing the “Contact Us Today” feature located on our homepage.
For client convenience, we have offices located in Sherwood and Searcy, and we offer flexible meeting times to accommodate your schedule. Home and hospital visits can be arranged, if necessary. We look forward to working with you and your loved ones.
